1970Vettoor Construction Engineers came into existence.
1975Started Vettoor Hardwares at Kottayam – dealers of Asian Paints and Akzo Nobel.
1980Started a fully mechanised carpentry and steel fabrication unit.
1991Started earth moving works and become the pioneer in the use of JCB earth moving machines in Kerala.
1995Started Veesco crusher at Poovanthuruthu, Kottayam, to meet the increasing demand of aggregates.
1996Started a hydraulically pressed hollow brick unit at Kodimatha, Kottayam. Purchased BEML 220 and Dozer machine.
1998Started Veesco Quarry with a view to contribute value addition to the construction industry.
2000Started Veesco Pavers on par with international standards, to meet the increasing demand for paver blocks and obtained ISO 9001:2000. Purchased a new crusher unit – Babas Crusher.
2003Started Veesco Designer Tiles at Kottayam.
2008- Installed and started production of Msand in Babas.
2010Completed the first green building project in Kerala – Asian School of Business, Technocity, Trivandrum and became a member of Indian Green Building Council.
2011Began volume construction with Mar Sleeva Super Speciality Hospital project at Cherppunkal, Pala. Started using Mobile Transit Mixers and Tower Crane as part of modernisation.
2013Started new regional office at Kochi to handle North Kerala operations.
